متطلبات تحسين واقع الشباب الفلسطيني في ضوء قانون الشباب الفلسطيني

The study aimed to identify the requirements for improving the reality of Palestinian youth in light of the Palestinian Youth Law, determine the rights of youth in light of the Palestinian Youth Law, and identify the reality of Palestinian youth. It was conducted in Palestine in 2021 AD, and the researcher followed the qualitative approach to achieve the objectives of the study, using the tools of the individual interview and the focus group. The study sample was randomly selected from young people, consisting of (39) young men and women. The study showed a summary of the rights of Palestinian youth according to the Palestinian Youth Law. The results of the study showed a number of issues and problems that mar the reality of Palestinian youth, and through the researcher’s coding of them, they fell under the following areas: (Educational, health, environmental, social, cultural, economic, technological, political and technological). The study emphasized a number of requirements to improve the reality of youth, with 10 requirements for each field. The study recommended activating and enforcing all articles of the Palestinian Youth Law of 2011 by Palestinian decision-makers, and holding a Workshops that included all governmental institutions and others related to achieving the previous improvement requirements to develop a proposed strategy showing the procedures for achieving them and their time duration, and also recommended studying experiences of improving the reality of youth in countries that have achieved development and prosperity in the relevant fields.
