رأس المال البشري وأثره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة في شركة مصافي الشمال/ بيجي

The current study aimed to measure the impact of human capital through its dimensions (knowledge, skills, experiences) in achieving sustainable development through its dimensions (the social dimension, the economic dimension, the environmental dimension), the descriptive analytical approach was used in the study and the data was collected through a questionnaire. Organized electronic, the study sample size was (365) randomly selected from the employees of the North Baiji Refineries Company. Descriptive statistics were also used to clarify the relationship and the effect between the variables. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the impact of human capital on achieving sustainable development in the company under study. The results indicated the extent of the clear impact that human capital plays in advancing the process of achieving sustainable development, especially with regard to the skills and experiences of employees. The current study also recommends the necessity of The Company should work on applying modern production methods that would reduce waste in natural resources, as well as using accurate scales to periodically measure indicators of achieving sustainable development in the company under study.
