This study dealt with the issue of the use of digital technologies in education. The study aimed to reveal the impact of the digital educational environment on the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem; And to know the effect of digital training for educational staff on the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem; And finally, to identify the impact of digital rehabilitation for students on the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem. The descriptive analytical method was applied. The study population may be in the neighborhood teachers in the outskirts of Jerusalem. The questionnaire was the study tool; It was distributed to 30 male and female teachers. Among the most important findings of the study: (1) The digital educational environment affects the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem; (2) The digital qualification of the teaching staff affects the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem; (3) The digital qualification of students affects the motivation to learn biology among eleventh grade students in the suburbs of Jerusalem. Among the most important recommendations suggested by the study: (1) Allocating a special department for educational technology affiliated to the Ministry of Education, with the aim of developing new courses based on the use of modern technologies; (ii) provide material support for the provision of educational hardware, equipment and software for schools; (3) Holding training courses for teachers to develop their skills in using modern teaching methods and techniques.
